I have feverish dreams about how I wish I knew I could braai fish, being originally from the cape it’s a disgrace that I can’t. I do however specialise in thoroughly enjoying fish on the braai that other people make. Note to other people; please keep it simple… if I could I’d probably add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, and foil it up the way people do and then devour-think this is going to be a new resolution… learn to braai fish and make it the way I’d like it to taste
